I HAVE NEUROLOGICAL DISEASE WHICH MEANS NO BALANCE ,EXTREMELY LIMITED MOBILITY IN LOWER HALF, NEEDS ASSISTANCE, NO LOWER LEG STRENGTH AND GOOD UPPER BODY STRENGTH. MY GOALS ARE TO DO THIS AT HOME FOR FIRST 4MNTHS I HAVE: PEDAL MACHINE ,STABILITY BALL, FREE WEIGHTS AND BANDS AN ELLIPTICAL WHICH I AM A VERY LOW LEVEL AND SLOW, AB CIRCLE,AND A WEIGHTED BALL. THINGS I CAN TRY AT HOME TO HELP LOSE INCHES? CAN YOU HAVE SUCCESS FROM DOING AT HOME WORKOUTS,IF YOU WANNA BEGIN WEIGHT TRAINING? IS THERE A PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS TO DO AT HOME? BECAUSE OF LACK OF MOBILITY, HOW CAN I LOSE INCHES OF BELLY FOR GOOD?
