Push ups

I’ve been using push ups for decades,as a martial artist.Over the last two years I’ve found it much harder to do higher reps.In fact I’ve dropped from being able to do hundreds without pain,to doing 30-40 then stopping due to joint aches, mostly in my wrists. What am I doing wrong?

Your Problem sounds like your wrist are in a flexed position holding that load for quite some time. As we get older joints can become more prone to injury of course. a few things. rather than doing pushups with your hands on the ground with your wrists flexed, grab a pair of dumbbells or push up handles and execute the movement. this allows for the same movement however your not extending the wrists and putting them into a stretch while performing pushups. Also start taking supplements that help with improving joint health. My suggestion would be the following products.
