workout plans


I am on week 20 of the plan, and I love the workouts. My question is as to the total body workouts which are 5 days per week. What do you suggest for rest. I cycle 5 days a week and try to do the workouts 5 days a week.

Lastly, can you please get my app to work the right way. I have upgraded plan, but the app doesn’t recognize it.

Awesome job. Glad you like the workouts. It does work doesnt it when you follow the program how it lays it out. I myself seriously follow my own schedule every session. If I think i am understanding correctly you are referring to the workouts that have you working out 5 days per week correct? In this case the idea is to break it up however you like during the week. 2 days on, 1 off 3 days straight, its really up to you. I prefer hitting 5 days in a row with the weekend off. typically, based on my schedule i train Monday as day 1 adn go straight until Thursday, and then hit it again on Saturday. As long as you complete 5 days in one week your good. As far as your app goes, its been buggy with certain phones for some reason and we are actually going to re create a new app with much more integration, but until then try to un install it and re-installing it and let me know how it goes.
