Rep scheme

ive been researching around for the ideal rep scheme for power lifts and olympic lifts with the main goal being to achieve maximum amount of strength and power. ive seen articles recommending the 5/3/1 program and other articles recommend the 5/3/1 scheme with several 1 rep sets following.

i know theres no such thing as the perfect rep scheme but i would like to know what you would recommend as the ideal scheme

Each progressive week increase the weight and track the lifts. After 12 weeks see where your levels are.
