What are the different ways of doing front raises and what are the benefits (if any) of each way?


Well it depends on what type of equipment you are using and what muscle you want emphasized. Machine offer a fixed ROM and there are not too many machines that are specifically designed to hit the anterior delt which is what the front raise is meant to hit. If the anterior delt is your primary muscle you want to work then keep the palms in a neutral position and raise straight up parallel with the floor.
