Shoulder injury

I am currently dealing wit rotator cuff bone spurs and trying to avoid surgery with therapy. I have lost quite a bit of weight and since this injury have not excerised consistently.

What type of excercises or regiman can I use to further the weight loss? I enjoy lifting weights, but don’t want to do anymore damage. thank you.

Keep everything safe and focus on technique. Go to the workout section of the site and I would start using the Ball and Band only plans as the bands do not put stress on the actual ligaments and joints. Free weight is great but with your issue, you might want to start using the bands more often,
