Zercher Lifts

I am very intrigued by the zercher lifts, but i just wonder how to include them in my program and the proper way to execute the movements?

Well the answer is simply to identify which ones you want to do and attempt at the beginning of the program for whichever muscle group you intend on training. For instance, Zercher Squats are difficult and obviously emphasize the legs. Perform these at the beginning of a workout program.
