6 Day Workout Plan


I have become a huge fan of yours through facebook and getting tips through this website.Im very stubborn in my workout but need a huge change. Ive been looking for a 6 day workout where I mainly hit one body part a day, except for biceps and triceps, I like to hit them together. Can you help me out…I feel like I need a hardcore plan with at least 7 exercised per body part.
