Band Workouts

Hello Mike, I am doing the Advanced Mass Gain Program on the Workout Trainer, and it has a lot of Band type workouts. For most of these workouts it seems as though just the band alone is not enough resistance, so I have been adding small weight to it by using Dumbbells. Is this Ok? Do I still get the basic same effect?

Yes it depends on which workouts you are doing. I have you using a lot of the bands however I receommend using the Strength Bands By Bodylastics as they provide more than enough resistance, however if you dont have them yes you can simply substitute the weights. Although if you watch my video here, you can learn more on why I highly recommended using the bands.
