Warm up guidelines?

This is my first month using WT. I’m currently on the 4 week mass building program and will do the 4 week fill your shirt program right after. Neither program specifies a warm up protocol, nor does the Workout Trainer website seem to provide guidelines for a warm up before the workouts so so far I’ve been improvising with the general warm up recommended for the Adonis Index workouts and 2 sets of light weights for each muscle group before performing the Workout Trainer program exercises. However I’m not sure that this is the right way to warm up for your programs so could you please guide me as to how to warm up prior to your workouts?



That is perfectly fine. As far as Warm ups go that is the reason why many of the programs have you using the bands in the beginning part of the workout as they help with the Fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment
