I have a question. Do you recommend using lights weights and more reps/sets or heavier weights with less reps/sets to build muscle?



Hey Gary, It all depends on your goal really. Building muscle is one thing that can be broken down into either building strength, power, etc..The best answer is really to do a combination of both.
