When to Dead lift?

Hello Mike,

Big fan of the trianer. When is the best time to dead lift?  Typically I like to dead lift heavy, 4 sets of 3-5 or something in that range.  I've been talking with trainers here and there and it seems everyone has a few different ideas on when the ideal time to performe this exersice.

Yea Thats is very common. Here is the best answer I can give. The Best TIME is at the beginning of a workout and to combine them with Legs. Many “experts” or so called, will tell you do them on Back Day, however the deadlift uses more leg muscles than in your back.
