Workout with ruptured disk

I need to get a recommendation on which workout would be best for someone with a couple of ruptured disks.  My goal is to maintain the current amount of mass that I have and continue to develop definition.  Prior to the injury I was making great stides towards very good definition.  I have a very good diet and have no concerns.  However, since the injury I have lost definition and have become very confused on what type of workout would be best.

I have purchased a full set of the bodylastic bands hoping this would be my ticket to continued success but, I wanted to get the guidance of someone who really knows what they are doing.
