Training with knee problems

Hello,

I have important knee problems following a skiing accident and have lost most of my cartilage in both knees. This greatly complicates my desire to get back in shape because my condition is very limiting. Are there any specific low body exercise plans that can be done from home for people with knee problems that are effective? If so, how can we have access to them?
