Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes
With the new spark in gluten free diets, the search goes on for tasty alternatives! These sweet banana pancakes are also great for carb-conscious people and are a great pick me up throughout the day! Have for breakfast or as an easy snack, either way this sweet treat will be a new favorite!
1 Tbs Almond Butter
Cinnamon, to taste
Begin by adding banana to bowl and soften with spoon. Add the almond butter and egg to bowl and mix until smooth mixture. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and turn on medium heat. Pour half of batter into pan and flip when slightly firm. Makes 2 pancakes.
