Like the King of Lower Body Movement with the Squat, the King of Upper Body movements is the Bench. After all it is one of the most popular exercises to perform in the gym. The Main points to successfully performing the bench are to understand the 5 points of a bench. The Head, Shoulders, Hips, right and Left foot all must remain in contact with either the floor or the bench. At no point should you raise any of these point while moving as it could result in injury and also a plateau in your bench.
