If your looking to shape your front delts or Anterior Delts then the front raise is your ticket to doing just that. The Dumbbell Front Raise is a common exercise that has significant benefits. To get shapely defines sexy looking shoulders and arms this exercise is a must. Make sure that you keep a slight bend in your elbows and your palms should be in the neutral position as shown in the video. Bring the dumbbells back downward to you side and repeat.
