Thank you for developing such and amazing program. I've played sports my whole live, and through out high school I relied on my coaches to keep me motivated and push me.
After high school I didn't have that motivating anymore. I still play soccer for a local club but it's just not the same, but with the muscle and fitness trainer program I know I can get back on track to being a great athlete. so Thank you.
