Trying to stay in shape with a torn rotator cuff.

I work out at home due to the fact that there are no gyms in my town. I have a fairly new Marcy bench with leg attachments and a really old Marcy lat pulldown machine.  I do have some dumbbells and a power tower.  I recently tore my rotator cuff during a fall.  I can do some tris and most back workouts.  I do the P90X plyo workout also.  I am trying to incorporate some leg lifting also.  I cannot seem to come with a good rotation.

I was doing Tri and back with calves and abs on Monday, plyo on Wednesday and then legs on Friday.  Trying to come with some cardio to do on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  I do have a jump rope and a 6 lb. weighted jump rope that I plan on using as soon as the weather warms up some.  I also do a quick morning routine and sometime a weighted backpack hike.  Same as the jump rope I will start a short run as soon as the weather is better.

Any ideas for a good rotation and possible exercises I should be doing.  Anything that will help strengthen the rotator cuff would also help.

Thank you.
