Workout 101 - Dumbbell Floor Press

In this movement I demonstrate how to do a Dumbbell Floor Press. The Dumbbell Floor Press is a great exercise to help overcome strength plateaus when you are benching. The Dumbbell Floor press was one of the Vintage movements that was mastered by many of the original fitness Enthusiasts back in the Sandow Days.
