Workout 101- Behind Back Cable Curl

Dec 08, 2011
There is one minor flaw I made in the VIDEO. With quick thinking as I NEVER script out any of my videos sometimes I make a few mistakes. After all I am human.
Auto correct note- The Biceps crosses the front part of the Humerous attaching to the anterior side of the Scapula. Sorry for the mistake. It was 2am when i Shot this video.

Another key point- Remember, even though emphasizing the long head of the biceps with exercises that help build peak, genetics do play a key role in the development of the peak of the biceps. Some individuals have longer biceps tendons than others which gives them more of a natural peak. The key is to grow your arms to the best of your ability utilizing the techniques and tips that I offer.

Take care, and enjoy the Program
